  These workshops are for members who are just starting their research or those who need more assistance than what is provided during our general meetings.  They will provide members with an opportunity to learn more about genealogy research techniques, give them a space to be able to get their questions answered, as well as hands on assistance with their research challenges. Workshops will be taught by members of the Outreach and Education Committee and will immediately precede our general meetings during the month they are held. Registration is not required to attend and workshops are held at the Dimond Branch of the Oakland Public Library.
